Founded by Emma Cole in 2024, Daily Breath brings together functional breathwork methods and meditation, blending the ancient practice of breathwork with science-backed techniques to enhance your wellbeing - emotionally and physically.
Whether you're a competitive cyclist, yogi, triathlete, or weightlifter, the addition of a consistent breathwork practice can significantly improve endurance and aid faster recovery.
